Shop is ok, online orders are poor

I ordered a few things from here online. The process seemed very unsafe. The order form passed me onto a 3rd party site to complete the transaction something that very few sites do these days. The only reason I continued with it was because I knew the shop locally. My order came with missing items and the advertised 'free' item wasn't included either. A quick phone call to the shop had them posting the rest of the items out the same day. However, the missing item was replaced with another product without any warning. The shop itself isn't too bad, its clean well lit and on the out skirts of the city centre with plenty of parking to in the side streets and behind the shop. I wouldn't use the website again, but I'd go into the shop and buy without any worries. The staff are helpful and friendly.
