  We would like to respond to this negative comment and would like to inform the public that Danny L. claim that we are totally unprofessional is misleading to our many satisfied customers throughout the U.K. We are aware of this customer had a complaint about his numerous telephone calls we received on that day and that they were eventually left unanswered due to this clients insistent behaviour.The appointment had to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and the client was made aware of this but has since tried on numerous occasions with the same incessant behaviour, attempted to start a hate campaign aimed to discredited our companies excellent reputation as a thoroughly honest and a totally professional standard of energy performance certificate provider throughout the Staffordshire area and beyond. We would like to publicly apologise to Mr Danny L. and would like to encourage him to come forward and substantiate his claims and if we were found to be of any cause of detrimental loss, both financially or emotionally, offer him some form reimbursement as to loss he may have suffered that day. We would also like to encourage any member of the pubic who has had positive (or negative) dealings with our company (Energy-psa.co.uk) please come forward and help establish what we consider (and have received masses of positive feedback) to be a fully professional efficient and comprehensive service.   Totally unprofessional………Justine claimed to be held up by traffic so would be late for appointment and asked me to wait for her. I waited for over an hour and she never turned up and never answered her phone when I enquired.
