why does toxic black mould occur in properties

Black mould (apergillus niger) is formed when there is sufficient moisture present to allw growth to occur.   The company surveyor turned up and did his investigation thoroughly and with ease giving us a viable and cost effective solution. The work was carried out on time and with in budget, The workmen cleaned up thoroughly as well.
