slow service

Rockermans were very polite and not pushy at all when we bought our sofa. However their laid back attitude extended into their after sales service. We were promised a 7-8 week delivery on our sofa. However, a full five days after ordering, Rockermans called us to say that the legs we had chosen for our sofa were unavailable. Whilst this meant we had to settle for our secnd choice of leg, it was not a deal breaker. We were told that they had only just found this out because at five days after we ordered, Rockermans had only just got around to faxing our order through to the furniture manufacturer. Now 8 1/2 weeks later, Rockermans finally call us to say our sofa has arrived, but because they are busy they are making us wait for a further 5 days for delivery. We will have been without furniture for 9 1/2 weeks. if Rockermans placed their orders sooner, we would have got our sofa much quicker, 10 days quicker in fact, which would have meant getting our sofa in the 8 weeks as promised.
